The Delray Beach House offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with downstairs master suite. Private guest home features its very own kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and its own laundry area.
Enter the first floor of the main house into a spacious living room with fireplace and an adjacent separated dining room. The chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to a lovely outdoor dining area, pool and spa. Continue down the hallway inside to a master suite with a king sized bed and a newly remodeled bathroom; the guest bedroom features a queen bed with an adjacent remodeled bathroom. The first floor also has sitting area w/sleeper sofa and a laundry area. Climb the stairs to a third bedroom with a daybed and trundle.
The private guest house features its own eat-in-kitchen, living room, one bedroom and bathroom downstairs plus a bedroom with twin beds upstairs with a 1/2 bath. This home has four outdoor parking spaces.
The Delray Beach Cottage is a charming single story 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach home which is pet friendly for an additional pet fee. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. This home has a beautiful chef's kitchen, dining room, large living room and laundry area.
Peaceful backyard oasis w/barbecue, outdoor dining table, outdoor furniture, plenty of space for relaxation and a turfed area for your vacationing pets to run or bask in the sun. A screened-in front porch with plenty of seating provides a perfect nighttime hangout space. A one-car garage provides secure parking and a Tesla charging station. There's also two driveways that allow for two other cars. Both homes are armed with security systems. Beach amenities include complimentary Oceanside Beach Service where eight lounge chairs and four umbrellas are set up for you every day of your vacation.. Other amenities include 8 cruiser bikes, pool floats, 2 pack-and-plays and 2 high chairs. Additionally, a golf cart is available to rent for $500 for the length of your stay.
The location
This stunning vacation rental home is located in the center of the ultimate Delray Beach experience. It truly is the best of both worlds: one block to the beach for some of the bluest waters and whitest sands South Florida has to offer. It is also just one block to the hustle and bustling Atlantic Avenue for world-renowned dining, spectacular bars and nightlife, live music and stylish boutiques. Check out Old School Square for summer outdoor concerts and the Arts Garage for live local music. If you don't feel like walking, a Freebie Shuttle is only an app away.
For family fun, check out nearby Putt'n Around miniature golf, the Silverball pinball museum, Gulfstream Park (with its shallow reefs to explore and snorkel), Delray Beach Farmer's Market, Sandoway Discovery Center and Gumbo Limbo Nature Preserve.
