The Delray Beach Cottage is a single-story, pet-friendly vacation rental with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps 6, one block from the beach and one block from Atlantic Avenue. Every bedroom has its own bath, and the backyard has a hot tub, a turfed pet yard and a gas grill. There's no pool.
Peaceful backyard oasis w/barbecue, outdoor dining table, outdoor furniture, plenty of space for relaxation and a turfed area for your vacationing pets to run or bask in the sun. On Side-by-Side bookings, pets stay in the cottage only, and dogs aren't allowed on the beach sand in Delray Beach. A one-car garage provides secure parking and a Tesla charging station. There's also two driveways for extra parking. The house is armed with a security system. Beach amenities include complimentary Oceanside Beach Service where four lounge chairs and two umbrellas are set up for you every day of your vacation. Other amenities include four cruiser bikes, a pack-and-play and high chair. Additionally, a golf cart is available to rent for $500 per two weeks.
Out back you'll find a 7-seat hot tub with night lighting that you can use year-round, an outdoor dining table for 6, a fire pit with seating for 5, a gas barbecue, lounge chairs and a pet-safe artificial turf yard and side run. Up front, a large screened-in porch is the spot for morning coffee. The cottage doesn't have a pool. If your group wants one, book the cottage together with the Delray Beach House next door as our Side-by-Side Beach Houses rental; that home's private heated saltwater pool is included only when you rent both homes. Also included: complimentary Oceanside Beach Service (four lounge chairs and two umbrellas set up daily), four cruiser bikes, a one-car garage with a Tesla charger, a pack-and-play and a high chair. A golf cart can be rented for $500 per two weeks. For family fun, PopStroke and Putt'n Around mini golf are both nearby.
The location
This stunning vacation rental home is located in the center of the ultimate Delray Beach experience. It truly is the best of both worlds: one block to the beach for some of the bluest waters and whitest sands South Florida has to offer. It is also just one block to the hustle and bustling Atlantic Avenue for world-renowned dining, spectacular bars and nightlife, live music and stylish boutiques. Check out Old School Square for summer outdoor concerts and the Arts Garage for live local music. If you don't feel like walking, a Freebee shuttle is only an app away.

How far is it to the beach and Atlantic Avenue?
One block to each, about a 3-minute walk to Delray's public beach and to Atlantic Avenue's restaurants, bars and shops. Complimentary Oceanside Beach Service sets up four lounge chairs and two umbrellas for you every day, and the free Freebee shuttle is an app away.
Where do we park?
The cottage has a one-car garage with a Tesla charging station, plus two driveways with room for two more cars.
What is the minimum stay?
From May 1 to November 21, the minimum stay is 3 nights. From November 21 to April 30, we prefer 7 nights. Call Jodi at (310) 739-1192 to discuss; we can often be flexible.
What are the bedrooms like?
All three bedrooms are on one level and each has its own bath: a king master suite with a steam shower and double vanities, a queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. The cottage sleeps 6.
