Families with young toddlers can rest easy with safety gates at the top and bottom of staircase.
Spacious backyard oasis w/high-end outdoor furniture, heated lap pool with baha shelf, fire pit, barbecue and plenty of space for relaxation. A 2-car garage is available to guests for secure parking and a charging station for electric vehicles. The house is armed a security system. Ideally situated between other beautiful upscale homes just blocks from Atlantic Avenue, Pineapple Grove and the beach.
The rental home comes with two adult bikes and two child's bikes. Also, a pool fence for child safety is available for a small fee.There is also a golf cart which can be rented at the market price of $500 per week.

Just a 1/2 mile from the ocean, you'll have your choice of South Florida's finest white sandy beaches with sparkling blue waters. Either be in the center of the action with the Atlantic Avenue beach entrance, or for quieter times try the George Bush beach. Either experience will fulfill your Florida beach dreams.
