Upon entering this 3 bed one-story home, guests will be welcomed by an 150 gallon salt-water fish tank teaming with aquatic life. The main living room is spacious with a large u shaped couch and french doors which lead you out to the spacious patio, pool and outdoor dining area. Continue through the living room to the modernized chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook the perfect meal. An open area connects you to the dining room and 2nd living room. Continue down the hall to the master suite with a California King bed and its own full bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home and share a connecting full bathroom. The second bedroom showcases a king sized bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen sized sleeper sofa or can be used as an office instead for smaller families. The backyard pool area is surrounded by tropical plants, fountains and a 42 foot dock and intracoastal views. Guests are welcome to fish right off of the dock!
