Take a walk out to the 90 foot dock to soak in the views or fish from the comfort of your own home. The 3,662 square foot home boasts spacious accommodations for up to 8 guests comfortably.
Bright and airy living room with waterfront views and high vaulted ceilings, well-equipped gourmet kitchen with three ovens, dining area, family room (with fireplace, wet bar and wine fridge), powder room, laundry room and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located downstairs. Both living room and family room have sliding glass doors that fully open giving you an open air feeling.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious master bedroom retreat with fireplace, his and her walk-in closets, large wrap-around balcony with seating area, master bath with his and her vanity areas, large shower and soaking tub. Additional bedroom with private bath, and an open loft/office area with desk and water views perfect for remote work. Dual zone air conditioning, LED recess light and ceiling fans, multiple flat-screen TV's throughout the home, a two car garage an alarm system.

Nestled in quiet Tropic Isles close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Publix and Orange Theory Gym, the home is just 3 miles from Atlantic Avenue and the hustle and bustle of Downtown Delray Beach. Here you will find world-renowned dining, spectacular bars and nightlife, live music and stylish boutiques. A stone's throw to the south ou'll find the upscale dining and shopping area of Mizner Park in Boca Raton.
Just a mile from the ocean, you'll have your choice of South Florida's finest white sandy beaches. Either try the picturesque beach at Atlantic Dunes Park, the volleyball courts at Lighthouse Point or be in the center of the action in Delray with the Atlantic Avenue beach entrance.
For family fun, check out Tiger Woods' PopStroke Mini-Golf, the Silverball pinball museum, Delray Beach Farmer's Market, Sandoway Discovery Center and Gumbo Limbo Nature Preserve. Delray Beach is also home to scores of water activities including yacht charter cruises, boat and jet ski rentals, wakeboarding, waterskiing and fishing.

FAQ'S
Is the home on the water, and how many does it sleep?
Yes. It sits on a deep-water canal in Tropic Isles, half a block from the Intracoastal, with a resort-style backyard, a private heated saltwater pool and spa, and a 90-ft dock. It's waterfront, not oceanfront. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms with 4.5 baths.
Can I bring my boat, and can we fish off the dock?
Yes to both. The 90-ft dock has a $500 boat docking fee per stay, so let us know about your boat when you book.
Fishing off the dock is legal and a lot of fun; we suggest a saltwater rod and squid or Fishbites for bait. Please don't swim in the canal, and keep an eye on little ones on the dock.
Is there a fence around the pool or the dock?
No, we do not have a pool fence or a dock fence at this house. Exercise extreme caution with little ones. In fact, ask us and we can set an alarm chime in the house, so there's a distinctive beep every time someone opens a sliding glass door.
Is the Waterfront Pool Home pet friendly?
Yes. Up to 2 pets of any size are welcome with a $500 non-refundable pet fee. We love pets. We have too many of them. Just no dogs on the beach sand in Delray Beach.
How far is it to the beach and Atlantic Avenue?
The ocean is about a mile away, and Atlantic Ave is about 3 miles, roughly an 8-minute drive. Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Publix are all close by. Flying in? President Donald J. Trump International Airport (DJT, formerly Palm Beach International) is about 25 minutes away and Fort Lauderdale (FLL) about 30.
What are the check-in, check-out and minimum stay?
Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. From May 1 to November 21, the minimum stay is 3 nights. From November 21 to April 30, we prefer 7 nights. Call Jodi at (310) 739-1192 to discuss; we can often be flexible.
What's included, and where do we park?
A private heated saltwater pool and spa with pool floats, four cruiser bikes and two Oceanside Beach Service passes, good for 4 lounge chairs and 2 umbrellas (or cabanas) every day, plus a DCS gas grill and an outdoor fire table out back. There's a two-car garage with a Tesla wall charger and room for three additional cars in the U-shaped driveway.
Can I Book Direct?
Yes, and when you Book Direct there's no platform service fee. Call Jodi at (310) 739-1192 or email jodilobis@gmail.com and she'll check your dates. Monthly stays get 10% off the total. Direct bookings carry a $2,500 security deposit, paid 2 days before check-in and refunded 2 days after check-out.

Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing and carefree as possible. Each stay comes with complimentary beach rentals every day from Oceanside Beach Rental Service.
No need to lug all of your belongings to the beach. Your Oceanside Beach Passes are good for four lounge chairs and two umbrellas (or cabanas) every day. They'll set up everything for you. All you need to do is bring your bathing suit and beach towel!
And while our home is located in Delray Beach, we know you may want to check out beaches all over South Florida.
